Are You Aging Well? A New Way to Know—And Grow, Stronger

It’s easy to assume we’re doing just fine as we get older. Maybe you’re still gardening, still walking the dog, still playing with the grandkids. But the truth is, functional decline can creep inquietly. One missed step. One awkward twist. One unexpected fall. That’s all it takes to turn amanageable limitation into a serious setback.

That’s why we offer a Fit After 50 information session. We will explain what that looks like, discuss the three results-dependent possible action plans, then perform a mini-AFIT (Adult Functional Independence Test) with volunteers in the session. Join us on July 16th from 12:30 – 1:30 pm at the Midlothian Campus.
