We are dedicated to nurturing individuals who are driven to create a positive impact in the world. This innovative program merges academic coursework with hands-on experiences through the local church. 

The ministry leadership program employs nontraditional course delivery and practical experiences to prepare students to serve as a pastor, work with youth, or spread the gospel as a missionary, providing you with a learning experience that truly resonates with your sense of purpose. 

Graduates may continue their education by attending seminary or graduate school. Join us in embracing the call to ministry and embark on an enriching educational journey that will empower you to lead wherever God calls you.


Affordable: $395 per credit hour

Flexible: All courses will be offered in an 8-week online format. Six class starts per year.

Small Class Sizes: Small, engaged classes with student-faculty ratio of 14:1.

Transfer Friendly: Maximizing your transfer credits, from a community college, regionally accredited institution, or military career.



Three Components of PCC College

Academic Coursework

Through our partnership with Bluefield College, students will and receive an award-winning online education. With a cohort style of learning environment, students are given the opportunity to collaborate and learn how to build a team..

Leadership Practicum

Each student will have the opportunity for hands-on ministry experiences (12-15 hours per week) with Passion Community Church departments and staff. We will offer leadership development workshops with various Highlands staff members and special guests. You will also discover and follow a “Ministry Track” for where God has called vou and equipped you to serve and lead.

Campus Life

Discover your Purpose

Each student will have coaches/mentors. A Ministry Coach will give guidance, coaching, and practical experience in the student’s Ministry Track. A Discipleship Mentor will help ensure that the student is becoming the disciple of Christ that they are called to be. An Academic Mentor will help with tutoring, facilitating, and encouraging the students in their academic coursework.
