Join us for a worthwhile class about different aspects of mental health including the difference between mental health and mental illness, active listening, coping strategies/boundaries, medications, suicide, disorders, different kinds of therapy, and self-care techniques. Each class will have an educational portion and a valuable discussion time. There will be eight classes in total, an hour and a half each. Meeting every other Thursday starting June 5th. Jump in anytime. Class size is limited to 12 and all participants must be 18 or older. Running time 60-90 minutes.
