2025 Student Mission Trip Chaperone Confirmation

Thank you for your willingness to serve as a chaperone for the 2025 Student Mission Trip!


Your role is essential in making this experience meaningful for our students, and we are so grateful for your time and commitment.


Your registration is conditional based on meeting all chaperone requirements. During registration, you confirmed that you meet the necessary qualifications, including:

  • Submitting a background check
  • Attending the mandatory Chaperone Information Meeting on June 8, 2025, at 2:30 PM
  • Attending one of the required Chaperone Training sessions:
    • Farmville: April 6 | 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
    • Powhatan: April 13 | 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
    • Midlothian: May 4 | 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
    • Aylett: May 18 | 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
    • Riverside: June 1 | 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM


Please check your email for your registration confirmation. This email includes a link for payment, as well as access to the required forms if you did not download them during registration. Please note: All paperwork & background check submissions are due no later than May 15, 2025. If you would like to wait until after your Chaperone training to make your payment, you may do so.
