Give and Take
We often talk about what God wants to give us—forgiveness, grace, purpose, peace, and so much more. There IS a lot that God wants FOR us. When we follow Jesus, we find the fullest life possible here AND beyond! BUT, a relationship with God isn’t one-sided. It is “give -and- take“ in the fullest sense. Life to the fullest escapes us if we don’t grasp this. Without this understanding, our view of the relationship becomes distorted and almost guarantees our disillusionment. This is because many (or most) of God’s promises FOR us can only come as we completely commit to what God wants FROM us. Fully live into your relationship with God and explore three of the most important things that God wants to give us, and two that He expects from us.
