Join your Classic friends as we enjoy a Baked Potato Bar and an informative program. Who are the Classics? Glad you asked. We are a community of senior adults (age55+) at the Midlothian campus, who enjoy meaningful connection, fun experiences, and purposeful service.
As some of you know, October 15 to December 7 is a window of time when seniors can sign up for health insurance, adjust their current plan, or cancel their existing plan. It’s known as the Open Enrollment Period.
Our Classics October program will feature a presentation entitled, “Medicare—What’s New in 2027?” Our speaker, Dale Gentz, will review known changes to the Medicare Part D Prescription Plan for 2027, as well as some basics of the overall Medicare program (Parts A, B, C, and D, and Medigap plans). Dale is with the SPAN Center, which is a state-sanctioned agency on aging.
Even if you are not currently eligible for Medicare, you can come with your questions for Dale as you plan and prepare for your future.
When: Friday, October 23, 11:30 – 1:00
Where: PCC Midlothian Campus, 50 Old Otterdale Road
Cost: Only a food contribution to our Baked Potato Bar!
