We’ve all hoped for a variety of things: a relationship to improve, a healing to take place, relief from a painful past. And we’ve all experienced the disappointment of that hope being dashed.
How do we cope with . . .
- Changing circumstances — career, family, friends
- Loss of health, jobs, relationships, purpose
- Loss of loved ones
- The challenges of growing older
Join us as we learn how we can begin making healthy choices as we navigate fear, uncertainty, loss, and hopelessness.
