Are You Aging Well? A New Way to Know—And Grow, Stronger
Do you have concerns about your balance? Do you want to start an exercise and fitness program but need help getting started? Do you have ongoing limitations from previous joint replacements?
If any of these questions resonate with you, join us on December 9, 2026, for lunch and to learn more about how to be Fit After Fifty. Gregg Tobey, PT, DPT, OCS, with Powhatan Physical Therapy will help us find ways to improve our physical fitness even at age 50+. The Fit After Fifty program is an assessment of one’s overall fitness. Gregg will give us an overview of the program and provide an interactive experience for volunteers.

Where? Midlothian Campus, 50 Old Otterdale Road
Who? Classics (Midlothian 55+) and guests (we always love guests)
What to bring? Bring your own lunch. Dessert and drinks are provided.
